Retrofit is one of the most essential solutions for a building or design to be sustainable. The aim was to increase the performance standards of the building in terms of the present climatic and economic conditions. The introduction of light wells and atriums for efficient daylighting, terrace gardens, green roofs/facades, and the use of solar panels for energy consumption are some of the features introduced to the building for it to self-sufficient and sustainable.
